Liberal Democrats are today heading for Bournemouth where their Annual Conference takes place this week.

They are looking forward to hearing leader Charles Kennedy, President elect Simon Hughes and other leading figures in the party set out the challenge for the coming months.

It is expected to be the last Party Conference before the vital General Election which political pundits say will be called in May 2005.

Chris Coleman and his Liberal Democrat colleagues in the Forest of Dean will be attending the Conference.

Chris said: "I am looking forward to meeting our successful by-election candidates from Brent East and Leicester South, Sarah Teather MP and Parmjit Gill MP. They both achieved great results in their elections and I will be looking to repeat them here in the Forest of Dean.

"I am also looking forward to Charles' speech as well as meeting with colleagues from across the Country as we look forward to what should be a very interesting few months."

Liberal Democrats are expected to make significant gains across the Country at the next Election against both Labour and the Tories.
